College of Charleston Palmetto
The College of Charleston Palmetto Promise is a guarantee that all Palmetto Fellows admitted as entering freshmen will receive at least $2000 in Institutional Scholarships. The Promise also includes any admitted freshmen who are valedictorians or salutatorians of a South Carolina public high school.

Named a Palmetto Fellows by the Commission on Higher Education, or Be ranked first or second in class at end of junior year or later at a South Carolina public high school, Be unconditionally admitted as an entering freshman for Fall 2008, and Be a S.C. Resident |
